Late shipping, cancellations, returns and ratings over 90 days.

Your score (0–100) is based on your last 90 days:

  • Late shipping — aim for under 5%
  • Cancelled by you — aim for under 2.5%
  • Returns for damaged, wrong or fake items
  • Customer ratings

A score of 90+ earns the Top seller badge. Your score appears after 5 orders.
