What are the seller rules?
Sell genuine items, describe them honestly and ship on time.
- Sell only genuine, legal products you have in stock.
- Describe products honestly with real photos.
- Never ask customers to pay you outside Koovva.
- Ship within the deadlines and respond to returns within 3 days.
- Be respectful to customers and riders.
Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen goods and anything illegal in Nigeria.
