What are the seller rules?

Sell genuine items, describe them honestly and ship on time.

  • Sell only genuine, legal products you have in stock.
  • Describe products honestly with real photos.
  • Never ask customers to pay you outside Koovva.
  • Ship within the deadlines and respond to returns within 3 days.
  • Be respectful to customers and riders.

Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen goods and anything illegal in Nigeria.
