Can I use my own courier?

Yes — add the courier and tracking number when you ship.

Yes. On the order page open I’m sending it with my own courier, enter the courier name, tracking number and link, then tap Mark as shipped. The customer is emailed with the tracking details. Mark it Delivered when it arrives.
