How do pickups work?

When delivery booking is switched on, tapping Packed books a rider from our delivery partner to collect from the pickup address in your Store settings. Keep your phone on — the rider may call. The package status updates automatically when it is picked up and delivered.

Make sure your pickup address, city and state are correct in Store settings.
