What if I can’t fulfil an order?
You can cancel, but it hurts your score — keep stock updated.
If you truly can’t send an item, open the order and use I can’t fulfil this order. The customer is told and the stock is put back. Cancellations lower your seller score, so always keep your stock quantities up to date.
