When will I get my refund?

Once your return is approved and the item is received back (if needed), we refund you:

• Paid with Paystack: back to your card or account, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
• Paid on delivery or by transfer: by bank transfer to the account you give us.

You will get an email when your refund is approved.
