How do I get the Verified badge?

Open Dashboard → Verification and upload a clear photo or PDF of a valid ID (NIN, passport, driver’s licence or voter’s card) and, if you have one, your CAC certificate. Documents are private — only the Koovva team can see them. Once approved, your store and products show the Verified badge, which helps customers trust you.
