How do I stay safe from scams?
Always pay through Koovva and never share your OTP.
- Always pay through Koovva checkout. Never pay a seller directly to their personal account for an order.
- Koovva staff will never ask for your card PIN, OTP or password.
- Be careful with deals that look too good to be true.
- Report anything suspicious to blueshaderesource@gmail.com.
