How to shop safely online in Nigeria

Online shopping saves time and money, but only when you buy the right way. Here are simple habits that keep you safe on Koovva and anywhere else online.

1. Buy from verified sellers

Look for the Verified badge on the product page. It means the seller has shown us a valid ID or business certificate. Check the seller’s rating and reviews from other buyers too.

2. Pay inside the marketplace
